TELEO was created by John Dennis and Lisa LaMolinare—two experts in fitness from two different areas of expertise. John is an exercise and sports performance professional, with a background in conditioning, kinesiology and injury prevention. Lisa is a licensed physical therapist specializing in orthopedics, sports and manual therapy. Separately, each have nearly two decades of experience in the health and wellness arena. Together, they not only bring their years of education, professional employment and research, but they also bring a unique and holistic approach to conquering the repetitive and frustrating cycle of fitness. 

John and Lisa encountered clients and patients every day who were hitting fitness plateaus, suffering injuries, or just wanted to take their performance to the next level. Both knew that there was an effective way to break through these roadblocks by taking into account the body and its total mechanics. However neither realized just how easily that could be done via a mobile application. By combining their expertise and working with a premier app developer, they created TELEO.
